    I ordered a Suvie towards the end of August. A few weeks passed and had only received promotional emails. I decided to search the internet for reviews and if anyone had any issues related to it. I found many complaints pertaining to delays, people being told it was do to be shipped out the next week but never shipping the item, issues with never receiving the Suvie and having major issues receiving a refund. I also saw complaints about fake reviews which you can obviously see even up here. I decided to call the company and check the status of my order. She was very kind and told me that my order was due to be shipped out next week and ifs it’s not here by the 17th to call back. Ok, very strange. I decided to go ahead and cancel my order because it sounded disingenuous. They said np canceled my order. Very shortly I realized that I had not received an email confirming the cancellation which I also found strange and a red flag. I immediately called them and got the same representative. I told her I would like an email sent to show that I had cancelled it. She said no problem and proceeded to send me the email. Well, I kept her on the line until it came through and it did not. She told me my mailbox was full and she couldn’t send the email. huh? My box was not full but I played along and said it’s not full but here is another email you can send it to. I proceeded to give her another email and guess what? The same issues. This time though she didn’t blame it on my inbox being full. She made up few excuses and then told me she to had to reset something in order to resend it and she might lose the call when she does. She then tried to say she was going to try to resend and to hold on. Yeah, I knew what was happening at this point so I just asked her to please repeat all the info about the refund as I was recording it incase I needed to dispute it. She then repeated all the info. I would stay far away from this company. I will update if I receive my refund in 14-21 days.
