We had over 13k work done at this establishment almost a year ago. We had a hot water heater put in, a new slide floor, new incinerator toilet, j skirting around the whole travel home, new stabilizing front and back jacks and a new front jack to lift the home. I wish we would have filed sooner but unfortunately the problems have kept coming through out this time and I am fed up with being screwed over. The hot water heater was BRAND NEW and we had issues with it since day 1, it never worked right and by a few months into a seasonal stay it was leaking water everywhere. We couldn't even turn on the water at all without it leaking a substantial amount all over. It ended up damaging the floors. We contacted them multiple times in regards to this and they were no help unless we could bring it states away to them. Turns out they installed it wrong and broke it so we had to buy ANOTHER new one less than a year. We took the rig to get work done on it to replace that and a few other things and found out the huge slide floor they installed was ALSO not installed correctly and was letting water into the side of the floor causing more water damage. Although the the toilet was not their product they promised they could install no problem and they had NO CLUE on how to install resulting in a feces and urine mess for months... again causing water damage to the floor. They should not have promised work if they did not know how to do it. The J skirting we had installed around the bottom part of it has already been broken off in transit because they only put screws into it and NOTHING else. we called to ask if this was correct because OBIVOUSLY IT WASNT and they said that's how it was done. They refused a refund or help. We had to pay EXTRA to fix what they were supposed to fix originally and then some.

My Wife and I decided to go to Central RV on Saturday, February 4, 2023 to purchase a Trifecta tri-toon after dealing with the Salesperson by email. We were told that they had a 2022 but before we started the paperwork they decided it was a 2023. We talked with both the Sale Person and Finance Manager before signing and they were fine with it. We did the Agreement and Financed it through ***** ***** **** and put down a $4,500.00 Down Payment. The Owner is now trying to keep us from getting the tri-toon and states he is going to give us back our Down Payment. Please help!

    Complaint: ********
I am rejecting this response because: The Boat was purchased and Financed on February 4, 2023. The Dealership tried to take the Boat back on February 14, 2023 which is when I put in the complaint. I picked up the Boat on March 4 2023 and I do have it in Cape Fair MO. I would like to add that the Dealership is asking me to pay for a part for the Bimini Top and Cover ($308.86). This fell off while I was delivering it to Cape Fair to avoid paying milage both ways. I also had to get Dyna Prop to find out why it would not start. Dyna Prop found a bad battery and noticed it was not the right size for the 150 HP Motor ($156.25 & $291.44). I have added all invoices as attached.
