    Scammers. I ordered & paid for one order of keto gummies (which was a scam also) years ago and they are calling and emailing bogus new charges. They are not correct and are falsely charging people.

    Have used Midwest Fidelity for going on two years and they are an excellent company to work with. Staff is friendly and Knowledgeable and I am always get a quick turn around with questions when they come up. I work for a small municipality in East **********. and we were getting zero dollars paid on City Ordinance citations. Midwest has recovered thousands of dollars for ** and as word spread around we have more people paying fines. They have made a great difference in our community.

    We needed a collections agency for a while but kept having meeting after meeting being unimpressed and shocked by the minimum follow up and payout vs. what we were paying in to so many other collections company. We came along to Midwest Fidelity Services and felt this was too good to be true. We had a phone conversation with ****** and it went great. Every question answered and you could feel they truly would have our company's need in mind. Since then we have had the smoothest transition for our clients and minimum discrepancies and negative feed back from Midwest collections. We have been working directly with *********************************. She not only knows her stuff but is extremely timely and makes coordinating info and updating accounts so easy. I would recommend Midwest Fidelity Services to anyone and EVERYONE!! We will never use anyone else!

    The company that I work for uses Midwest Fidelity as their collection agency and I am very impressed with them. This is actually the second company I have worked for that uses them.They are very professional to work with and validate all of the balances prior to pursuing an account we place with them. Also, as a healthcare company with issues of getting equipment returned after therapy, they are working with us to get the equipment returned or paid for.On a personal note, I have been pursued in my past for a couple of collection accounts that were placed with this company and they were very nice and understanding; they explained the debt and gave me the information I need to validate the account and worked with me to get it resolved. As both a consumer and a business I would recommend them if you have collection needs that need to be taken care of.

    The company I work for started using MFS this year. They have been very professional and easy to work with. Our rep has been very responsive whenever I have questions. We have never utilized a collections agency before but this has been a very good experience from the business end of things. I would recommend them!
