    My car is in worse shape than when I took it in! I have antifreeze mixed with my oil, a clicking sound, still leaks both oil and antifreeze and the blower motor does not work! They ruined my car and I have been in touch with an attorney.

    I got an oil change for my truck on 1/20/2023 at the Express Oil Change located at 119th and Ridgeview in Olathe. As per usual, they have the customer drive their vehicle into the shop bay, while they are guiding you in. After the oil change, they then have someone in front of your vehicle guiding you out the bay. When my oil change was completed, the Store Manager, **** ******, stood outside in front of my truck, and motioned with his hands to signal me when and where I should go. He proceeded to motion/guide me out, and then motioned for me to immediately turn RIGHT. I did that, per his instructions, and immediately the side of my truck struck a concrete-filled steel post that is right in front of the bay. The manager told me they are not liable, as I should have seen the post. How could I, when I was watching and following his hand gestures?? It appears that he did not look to see how much clearance there was on my left side, and he guided me into running into the post. Almost the entire left side of my F150 truck was crushed in by the pole. He asked me why I wasn't looking at the rear to see the post, and I explained to him that I was watching HIM and following HIS directions. No reason for me to look behind me if I'm following his GUIDING in FRONT of my truck. My estimate of damage has been put at around $5k. I expect that this business will pay for the damages to my truck that THEY caused. Please help me. Thank you. ps.... I took plenty of pictures, and noticed that the concrete-filled steel post had damage on it from my vehicle striking it, but it also had a LOT of other marks and scrapes from OTHER vehicles striking it. This tells me that they are aware that this post is probably not installed in the correct position for their shop bay, as others have hit it too.
