    DO NOT RENT Swift RPM Properties.

    I recently had a highly frustrating experience with Swift RPM, and I feel it's important to share my experience for the benefit of future tenants.

    Firstly, the condition of the house we rented was far from satisfactory. While the property initially seemed acceptable, it became evident over time that many issues were merely covered up rather than properly addressed. This became increasingly apparent as we lived there, revealing a lack of attention to detail and maintenance.

    The most troubling aspect of my experience was the handling of our deposit. Despite the majority of the post-move-out inspection being rated positively, we received less than half of our deposit back. A significant portion of this was deducted for "painting," which seemed exceedingly unreasonable. It felt like Swift RPM used this as an opportunity to inflate costs, particularly since they appear to handle their own contracting work.
    Moreover, dealing with one of the representatives, was extremely frustrating. Instead of addressing concerns professionally, Shelly's responses were condescending and dismissive. When issues were raised, it often felt like they were being downplayed or gaslit, which only added to our dissatisfaction.

    Overall, my experience with Swift RPM was disappointing. The lack of transparency and questionable practices regarding deposit deductions overshadowed any positive aspects of renting with them. I would advise prospective renters to proceed with caution and be vigilant about any potential issues

    I have been a renter over the past two years with Swift Management Company. Today I was notified that my lease would not be renewed due to me not allowing maintenance on property whenever they wanted without notice. Over the past two years their maintenance supervisor has walked into my home with out permission. This spring a maintenance team arrived to fix the back deck, unannounced. There were four men unidentified moving my patio furniture to the green space, I thought I was being robbed. Their maintenance supervisor brought his dog that day to my home without asking. When they realized it was too humid to finish the work they left all of my furniture including a large Firepit in the green space saying they would be back 3 days later to finish. This past week an electrician showed up at my door with no notice and No identification. He banged on my door aggressively. I work from home and was on a call with my largest client. When I tried to explain to him that I was on a client call he told me he had been calling me the last hour and didnt understand what I hadnt answered. I said because I am on a conference call. I told him that it was not a good time, his response was I am in the area and dont want to drive back. I believe its Kansas State Law that tenants be given *********************************** any service work to be done. The **** and plumbing companies have had no problems calling ahead and requesting this, they do the work in a timely manner and work with my schedule. Swift Management Company could not act professional enough to adhere to this standard even though its in the lease agreement I signed so they are not renewing my lease. I would not recommend this business to anyone renting or anyone hiring a management company. Its been a disappointing experience all around. As a single woman living alone I was terrified when strangers entered my property unannounced and unidentified. As a small business owner I am speechless.
