I hired EcoPro to solve my opossum problem and *** ******* was talking about how he hasn’t had a date for a long while. After he left I sent a text asking if he would like to go out so I. An branch out and make friends. We exchanged a few texts. Then when I found a opossum in my house I showed him the pics and I contacted the owner **** and they said they weren’t going to finish my service because I made him feel uncomfortable. Which I never did. They said I would have to hire another company. Well *** came back after talking bad about me to his boss. He admitted it in the phone and he came back and made a repair to keep the opossums out. Well another one got in. 2 time in 3 days. *** told me it was my cats pooping in my drawers. That my cats opened the drawers pooped in them and shut my drawers. I don’t know if any cat has that kind of talent. Now I am getting ignored with no refund. I still have opossums getting in my house. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with and I already had people if I knew someone. All I told them is to NEVER use EcoPro. They think they can treat people badly and to pick and choose who’s turn they will scam. Advertising their service and not finishing. When the pictures says it all. I still have the problem. They said they would take care of the problem when they came out. They lied to me and got talked about badly by *** ******* and the owner **** and the receptionist when I called.
