see attached Please describe the transaction in chronological order: I placed an order for a basketball for my son from the Shop App onl 1/3. 1 used the chat function on the shop app page for the vendor on 11/6, asking for a tracking number as I noticed that I had also received a shipping notice the same day I ordered but it went to my junk folder. Seller sent me tracking info shortly after; however instead of a valid UPS number, they sent my order number linked to the UPS site, which obviously came up invalid, On 11/9, when I pointed this out they denied the number was invalid and continued to refer me to a he shop app for shipping updates. I explained that if the order was going to take a while I may need to cancel~ as practice had started and I was worried that if the seller was shipping from Hawaii (assumed as much based on their name) that we may need to cancel. The Seller continued being vague and implored me to be patient and when I asked for a refund they ignored me. Vm suspicious of them being fraudulent for several reasons: 1) they had limited stock and all of it was discounted; 2) when I try to access their store in the Shop App no results show; 3) the link connected to the lnstagrarn account for the Site takes you to a completely new online layout with different products.
