I bought my SECOND Kia Telluride from Olathe Kia in less than 9 months. The second one was ordered (which I waited 3 months for). I ordered the “Nightfall” version. When I got home with it that evening I realized it wasn’t the Nightfall”. The salesman called me the next morning before I could call him to tell me that “Kia” made the mistake, “not them”. I asked if I could return it and I was told “I drove it off the lot and it was mine now. They said I could order another one not knowing if I’d ever really receive it) and mine would be considered a trade-in. Needless to say my husband was furious! So they offered to order “some black-out” accessories for me. They’ve never called me to say they were here but I was told. “There’s nothing we can do”. I’ve sent 4 emails to the dealership asking to be contacted by (unfortunately) the new owner, ****** *******. My daughter is an attorney and suggested I contact BBB. Not sure if I was billed the extra amount of the Nightfall either.Business response

This purchase was made prior to ****** ******* purchasing the dealership. We have met with them and have everything worked out. We are ordering them a new Telluride and giving them what they paid for their old one. Please follow up with them to confirm so we can close out this complaint.
