5 starsWe have used Jack H******* Heating & AC for a few years and there whole team has been great to work with. They are knowledgeable, respectful (personally and of your space with keeping everything clean), they have done their best to keep everything affordable and have solved many issues made/created by other companies we have used in the past. 5 starsEverything was great! Had new HVAC system installed. Was kept informed of every step along the way and the employees were on time. Everyone was very courteous, professional and pleasant. 5 starsI recently had Mark, with Jack Harrison Heating & Air Conditioning, help me out, and I have to say, it was a great experience. Mark really knows his stuff and tackled all my HVAC concerns like a pro.
What impressed me the most was how professional Mark was from start to finish. He showed up on time, respected my property, and explained the HVAC issues in a way that made sense to me. I felt well-informed and confident in the solutions he suggested.
Mark's attention to detail was evident in his work. He approached the job with care, leaving me feeling confident about the service quality. On top of that, he was friendly and patiently answered all my questions, making the whole experience positive.
