    I rented a bounce house in June 2022 and had a wonderful experience so for my daughter’s birthday this year, I wanted to use this service again. I reached out and booked for June 11, 2023 on 2/19/23. I paid on 6/5/23. Up to this point, communication was great. They were supposed to drop off the rental at 8AM and at 7:08AM, I receive a call which I missed then a text stating they were cancelling my bounce house due to weather and to call back and reschedule. On the website, it specifically states that “It is at customer discretion to when it weather.” I called back to ask for a refund, in which the operator told me she’d let her boss know. I was upset because it was not rainy and did not rain on the day of the party. I emailed a few times upset stating their policy and asking when I would receive my refund. I did not receive a response all week. Thursday night (6/15/23), I emailed and stated that if I did not receive a response or refund by end of day 6/16/23, I’d dispute the charge and report them to the BBB. I received an email this morning stating they apologize (they had not apologized at all up to this point) and that I could reschedule within 12 months. After being ignored and the poor customer service received, I responded that I did not want to use their services any longer and that I wanted my refund. I still have not received a response nor a refund. Had I received a call from the owner with an explanation and apology, I would feel differently about this situation, but I’d just like my money back and to not do business with them any longer.
