    Double T Solutions LLC (owner ***** ** ******) who misrepresented himself as a licensed plumber in Sumner County, Ks was hired to do a plumbing job. He installed the wrong parts in the kitchen sink drain lines creating a massive leak that damaged the cabinet base, water flowed under new flooring oozing up thru the seams possible causing mold, fungi or bacteria growth. The leak occurred on 7/28/2023 numerous calls and texts were made to ** ******, he advised he would fix when he got back into town on 8/7/2023, never heard from him. Then on 7/28/2023 I had to purchase necessary equipment to help dry out my floors consisting of a dehumidifier, digital hygrometer to measure the wet and dry humidity, damp rid and buckets to put under the drain line to prevent more damage. I verified with planning & zoning and also the Wellington, Ks water department that ***** ** ****** and or Double T Solutions are not a licensed plumber. This ended up in small claims court on 10/31/2023 where ***** ** ****** who was ordered to re-imburse me for the equipment in the amount of $259.30, he had 15 days to pay by 11/21/2023, no payment received, Case ****************** **** * ******** ********* vs. ***** ** ******. Then a demand letter for payment was sent certified mail and regular mail, certified letter was not claimed, this was to be the final letter due by 12/20/2023 to be paid in full by cashier's check, no payment was received. I paid him in good faith to do quality work and stand behind it, he only contacted me and corrected the wrong parts once I found out he was not actually a licensed plumber & he received a call from the Wellington, Ks supervisor of the city water department. He is listed with the Kansas Secretary of State, business entity ********, active and in good standing under Double T Solutions, 534 Robbins Rd, Norwich, Ks 67118. If this is not rectified, he will continue to do this unacceptable business practice with other customers, requesting reimbursement for $259.30.
