    Have used KB Complete for many issues over the years. Today Rick did an outstanding job replacing an aging/dysfunctional toilet. He showed up a few minutes early (8 am appmt.) which is kind of rare these days. Pleasant, knowledgeable and very careful. Great job!!!

    DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. STAY AWAY. I worked with ********** I could give 0 stars I would. My AC was not working. The only reason I called this company is because they advertised that they only charge $69 for a diagnosis. They charged $89. All he did was basic checks and stated that the capacitor was not working. We asked how much that would cost and he stated it would be $394 and he also said he needed to replace the hard start kit but did not provide the price. A capacitor is nowhere near $394. We agreed because we trusted him believing it would fix the issue we were having. Took him about ***** minutes to do the job. Once he was done he said the compressor does not sound good at all and that the problem was the compressor. So he basically charged us for extra work knowing it would not fix the issue. So much for "Upfront pricing youll never pay more than youre quoted" THIS IS NOT A HONEST COMPANY. I will not recommend to anybody ever.
