Very poor customer service. Inquired about a vehicle at 12 noon with a sales associate (DD). He sent me a video of the car. I told him I wanted to proceed with the deal, let's talk numbers. Three hours later nothing from him. Called him he didn't pick up. He called me back well after I called him to say he's busy with clients as if I was not a client READY to make a purchase. I called for another sales associate (CW) as I was not valuable enough for the first sales associate. I was then told I had to pay for an "optional" feature on the car. I asked to speak to the manager, and he tried to tell me that I had to pay $695 additional for that feature. I expressed that is an optional feature and I do not want it. I was told that if I wanted to purchase a car from his dealership, I had to pay that extra money. I told him that is totally a scam to get an extra $695 from me. He told me then I need to find another dealership. They were super unprofessional with me. Poor communication and customer service totally unbearable. They tack on extra optional packages and try to say it's mandatory to purchase with the vehicle when it's not. I currently own 2 BMW's and never encountered this before. They treated me horribly. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. They are scammers.

I purchased a mini cooper from Baron Mini Cooper in late October of 2023. In February of 2024 we took the car in for a noise. In May of 2024, we took it back in for that same noise and was told that the timing belt needed to be changed. It was not disclosed that the engine had been replaced. Upon repairing that, it was disclosed to us that it was under warranty because they had already replaced that engine. In addition, now the car needs the differential repaired. That repair cost will be close to the sale price of the car. We have written and called in an attempt to discuss this with the general manager only to be avoided. We feel that this car should not have been up for sale and they sold under false pretenses.

We assisted in the repairs and this is resolved.

I scheduled an appointment to service my car and when I arrived there I was told they don’t have the time to service my car and that I can comeback on Monday I left the dealer and I’m thinking about what was the point of making this appointment

Thank you for your review. We are sorry for any confusion that might have been caused. The online appointment you set for 4pm for an oil change, tire concerns and ABS diagnostic. We were more than welcome to take your appointment but the option of leaving your car was declined. It is not possible to do the diagnostics you requested in the time frame you set. I apologize for any inconvenience but nobody at Baron indicated all this work could be done in less than 2 hours. We were more than happy to keep your vehicle but due to the services you requested, the time the appointment was set and the time you stated you needed your car back couldn't all be accomplished. We could have addressed the oil change and possibly the tire concern but the ABS diagnostic takes considerably more time. Appointments times are to get a car checked into a shop, without knowing what is wrong with your vehicle (ABS concern) we cannot offer any promise times. We simply don't know the amount of work it is going to take until diagnosed. Thank you

I’m not the technical expert here. You probably shouldn’t booked this appointment in the first place because I listed all I needed and since it was ahead of time you could’ve had a loaner car ready. Will never do business or recommend you to anyone

Baron BMW has not provided certificate of title in accordance with applicable ****** law. Now, after 13 months of waiting for a resolution, my client is having to resort to notifying the Attorney General about Baron BMW's disappointing actions over the past year in connection with fraudulently selling a used car to two ***********. After "purchasing" a used *** from Baron BMW over ************************************************************************************** direct violation of ****** law. Although my client has attempted to resolve this issue without involving the Attorney General or regulators, Baron BMW has refused to respond or make my client whole. On 4/9/2022, my client purchased a used *** from Baron BMW and received a 60-day temporary tag. Soon after, my client attempted to refinance the *** to lower her high APR, but has been unable to do so without Baron BMW providing her with the ***'s certificate of title. After the 60-day tag expired and the certificate of title still had not arrived, Baron BMW gave my client a dealer tag to attach to the *** in violation of applicable law. While driving the *** with the dealer tag attached, my client was pulled over by a police officer and accused of attaching a dealer tag in violation of applicable law. Since this occurred,my client has been unable to drive the *** because she has no legal way of proving she owns the ***. My client is now demanding to be made whole by Baron BMW and sent Baron BMW a Demand Letter on May 2, 2023, demanding reimbursement of her damages in the amount of ~$83,501.82 and requested a response from Baron BMW by May 18,2023. Having not heard back from Baron BMW and after contacting them several times,my client is moving forward with filing a claim through the ****** ********** of ******* against Baron BMW's Dealer License and through the ****** Attorney General, highlighting Baron BMW's multiple violations of the ****** Consumer Protection Act for their fraudulent acts/practices.

I had a truly disappointing experience with Baron BMW. I purchased a 2013 335i from them, and when my loan was issued, they failed to provide me with the car title. Now, I'm stuck in a frustrating situation where I cannot trade in the car due to their negligence. The dealership's lack of professionalism and inability to handle such a crucial aspect of the car buying process has left me feeling utterly frustrated and helpless. I expected a seamless and hassle-free experience, but instead, I'm left dealing with the consequences of their incompetence.I cannot, in good conscience, recommend Baron BMW to anyone looking for a reliable and professional dealership. Save yourself the headache and frustration by choosing another dealership that values your time and money.

I am sorry for any confusion in this transaction but your title problem is not with Baron BMW.  You leased your car in 2013 through **********************.  Since it was a lease, ***** retained the title.  Then in 2016 you purchased your car off of lease.  While we did help with this transaction this was not a vehicle Baron took ownership of.  The title would have come directly from ***** not the franchise dealer.  The only time we get a title is when we purchase a vehicle.  We literally just middle manned the financing.  Since ****** is a title holding state ***** would have still retained the title until the ***** loan, you took out to buy the car directly from *****, was fulfilled.  If you fulfilled that loan and didn't receive the title you have a couple simple options.  1) contact ***** directly and ask them to send it to you 2) Contact the State of ****** and apply for a Duplicate title.  Not having the ability to handle these for you is drastically different than not wanting to handle it for you.   Please understand, just because we are a dealership doesn't mean we can control banks and local governments.  This is a simple fix we are glad to walk you though, but we cannot fix it for you.

Reach out to *************************************** if you want more assistance.  All he can do is direct you how to handle since Baron was never part of this situation.

BUYER BEWARE, attempted to purchase a preowned vehicle from this company. Spoke with the *************, he told me that the vehicle has a 4 out of 5 rating. Baron BMW produced an inspection that only detailed $2500 worth of repairs. I requested a secondary inspection performed by the manufacturer of the vehicle, in those findings that found or $15,000 of repairs plus body work damage that has $25000. Mind you the vehicle was priced at $33,000. I put a deposit down of $5000 and they only wanted to give me $3500 back. These guys are clowns and very deceitful. Do not buy here, they got called out on their ways and now are salty. Make sure you have a second pair of eyes on ANY vehicle that you purchase here.

******,Despite disagreeing on most of your statements, you have left out a very important piece of information. You gave a deposit of $5,000 almost a month ago. Then you told us multiple times a week the money would be there "tomorrow" or soon. Then, on the final day you had stated the money would be here you threw in additional conditions and no money. We held this vehicle as we thought you had an intention to purchase. We turned away multiple clients because of all the statements you made that the money was coming. Any concern you had should have been voiced at the time of deposit or shortly after. Everything you requested could have been done multiple weeks ago. During this almost month period you were extremely rude to our people including yelling and profanity. Yet, since you were a referral to me directly my staff kept respectfully touching base trying to guess at your true intentions. If I had been notified of all the delays on funding and the disrespect to our staff I would have voided the transaction multiple weeks ago. I understand you are upset as the text "go f*** your mothet" was very clear. Reading through the inspection you provided, which is drastically lower than your statement of $15,000, a large majority are dealership fees (not mine) and maintenance items. Maintenance items are suggested based off time and miles. ** any GM with 100k miles will get the same recommendation unless that dealership has already done that work. There was an additional oil leak found which I would have gladly taken care of if you had conducted business in a different manner the entire time. I didn't even offer as I think its best we do not do any future business together. The slow playing payment, disrespectful comments, yelling and swearing started weeks before this second inspection happened. The only thing I am "salty" on is someone I referred verbally abused my people. The $1500 held from your deposit was held for the singular reason of time. If you had communicated properly and let us know your intentions with our vehicle, we could have handled this all multiple weeks ago. That choice would have resulted in a full refund. Regretfully, you made a different choice. The staff at Baron and myself wish you nothing but good luck in the future.
