    They replaced the valve covers and water pump on my car. I was not told how long it would take. When I called to check, I was not told what was happening with my car. The job was 2,000. They did not replace the whole coolant system parts like the thermostat and tubes as far as I know. I could not read the print out because the ink was running out and it is 9 point font. I took it back later as there was a noise and a couple other small things. They did not look into the noise. I finally found a place in May that said my car's valve covers were put in incorrectly, building up pressure in the engine which causes it to squeak. This whole time I felt one of the main office workers was a *********** and a flirt. I also noticed he was charging men less for diagnostic testing who came in whilst I was waiting. I heard him several times on the phone smooth talk and ******** customers who wanted refunds for things to be fixed correctly.
