    This is against SMR Memorials, I am taking this action on behalf of my father in law. His name is **** ********* In 2019 my mother in law past. We went to SMR memorials to get her headstone. We picked the one we wanted, and paid for it in full. We were told by owner that it would be 6 months to a year before the headstone was SET. It has now been over 6 years and her headstone is out by her grave but not set. We have contacted the owner several times and were given excuse after excuse.I am now tired of the excuses and want resolution. I have informed said owner he has till May 16th at 6pm to have the headstone set in place. Or I will take more legal action, meaning going to courts. Please advice him of this again when you speak with him, Thank you. I will try to attach pictures.
