    I wish to file a complaint about a business in Manhattan, Kansas. The business is Krispy Clean
    Laundromat and Dry Cleaners. This business is located at **** ******** ****** **********

    Recently, I got a new floor put in my home and while the construction was going on, I took my
    living room drapes to Krispy Clean Laundromat and Dry Cleaners. I took four panels in on March
    7, 2025, and was told the drapes would be ready to pick up on March 12, 2025. I picked the
    drapes up on March 12, 2025, and paid $101.54 for their service. My floors were still not
    complete, so I did not ask the contractor to hang them until the floors were done.
    The contractor hung my drapes on March 23, 2025, and said, “There is something wrong with
    these drapes.” There sure was! The lining was hanging down up to five inches longer than the
    actual drape. So, I had the contractor take the drapes down.
    I took the drapes back to Krispy Clean on March 24, 2025, and asked to see the manager. The
