I have lived at my residence for 9 years and I pay my HOA every month. Last year (March) they sent me a past due notice for a ‘master’ HOA fee. We pay all of our dues online so when I check my account there isn’t anything past due. I sent them a email and got no reply (3/18/2023). I called them and left a message(3/21/2023) again no reply, 10 days later a letter from ****** ******* the past due debt. Later that year The next month (4/13/2023) I get a letter from ****** ******* law with my disputed amount, again I email and call with no reply. Nothing in my account shows anything past due. I contact the HOA office again in 2/2/2023 (****** ******, property manger) and himself and a ****** *******, accounting manager give me a link to my HOA account and there is a modified payment amount so I pay it. June 14th of this year I get a summons for court for past due HOA fees with interest for over 2 years of delinquency fees? I have contacted them several times about this issue and when I finally get someone to reply and I pay I still get sued for past due fees? I have not gotten a phone call or a email or anything from Foxfield Village when I contacted them trying to get this fixed, Foxfield Village is the name of our complex and centennial management oversees the administration.
This is where this story gets weird, I have a neighbor who is a member of the HOA board who has been constantly harassing me leaving notes on my car and back in December of 2023 I went into the HOA office and had a face to face conversation with ****** ****** about harassment and where I can and can’t park. June 27th of this year my neighbor who name is **** and lives at ***** ****** ** knocked on my door and claimed he was going to have my cars towed and threatened to have me evicted and that it would be on behalf of the HOA. I believe I am being discriminated against and the HOA isn’t doing anything as I have done everything in my power to get this resolved? I don’t know what else I can do?

At the beginning of June, we received a letter from an attorneys office on behalf of Centennial management company stating we owed $1740 in fees and charges. We contacted the attorneys office to clarify what these fees were for and they referred us back to the management company for details on what was owed. On our initial contact with the company we received information that our HOA dues had not been paid and additionally, they placed insurance coverage on our house because they were missing proof of insurance, we accepted that we did not change over the payment processing system for the HOA dues last November and happily paid what was owed for HOA dues immediately. This is a rental property and we do not live at this address and have not since 2020. The previous property management company had our contact information as we regularly received communication from them. Since we made a payment, we have asked for proof of what the other charges are for as well as proof of service for letters, phone calls, etc., that they provided stating they were lacking insurance coverage, and they have been completely nonresponsive. My husband emailed on June 7 requesting this additional documentation. I followed up with an email on June 14 requesting the additional documentation. I left a phone message the week of June 17 and I left another phone message and sent another email today. We have already paid more than our HOA dues as we want our renter to have full access to the property, but the management company is not willing to provide any documentation that shows what we are being charged for. They did easily send our information to an attorney that was the first contact we had at our correct address Stating that we owed any money to this company. It seems as if they have our correct contact information, but they have neglected to try to contact us before sending our information to their attorney. I believe almost a month is sufficient time to warrant a response from a company.
