    I ordered a basket for my daughter as a surprise for Halloween on Oct 1st 2025. Here it is, 31 Oct and she has not received anything. Not only did she not get surprised, we both are running around to try and find the package. I spoke with SWAK U several times and all I am getting is general answers. When did it get delivered? No response. How can I find out if it is delivered? She will get an email, check her spam. She received nothing. I asked who at the school can I talk to about this, no response. They must have a contact/department they work with, but they are not sharing it.
    The ONLY information you get is an order number when you make the purchase. Mind you that order # cannot be tracked by going to their website. No tracking number after it ships and they are not supplying one when requesting it. They direct you to FAQ which is less than helpful. If you did not receive your order, go to the information at the bottom of the page. Bottom of the page is a number they tell you to text. Text the number, instant canned response, "The package is at the school. Make sure your kid checks their email." Then directs you back to FAQ. The text number is just a single canned response, nothing else.
    I would NEVER order a single thing from this company again. Fortunately for me it was only $72. Good thing because I am positive if it was 500 the customer service would be the same.

    In regards to this review: SWAKU is in the business of accurately delivering our shipments of care packages and room essentials on time to our on-campus partners. Once they are delivered into the school's custody, it is up to the school to notify the student, and the student to both check their email for the notification and come and pick up their package. We have no control over whether a student does either of those things. We responded promptly to this customer's communication and called our on campus partner to ask them to remind the student in question they had a package waiting. We understand the frustration customers in this situation must feel, but this is the reality of it.

    I placed my order on August 18th, and I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received. Not only was I charged twice on my credit card, but despite being assured of a refund, I have yet to receive it. My attempts to contact the company via email and text have been futile as the provided contact number is non-functional. This entire experience, meant to be a pleasant gesture, has turned into a complete nightmare. I urge the company to rectify this situation promptly and provide the customer service that is expected and deserved.
