    I have used Nomo pest control for 2 years now and I am very satisfied. If you continue to see pests they come back out free of charge. They also got rid of my moles! All technicians have been friendly and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to resolve a pest problem.

    I believe that NOMO is a Total Scam! If there was a lower rating I would leave it. They never keep their agreed appointment time and make excuses. They will waste your time and money. Also, their product does not work! Do not sign a contract with them! If you decide to cancel because of bad service or product they will charge your credit card $200. Buyer Beware!

    Signed up for service and the technicianwould come out and walk across the front of the house and then go sit in his truck for 20 minutes, and then charge for a service and then leave. Do not trust this group they only want your money and don't care about the service they give. Told them what the employee was doing and got called a liar.

    Was told they were putting 100% pet safe bait boxes out for rodents as i Live next to a couple fields and that they're was no way to harm my dogs. Well not even a week after signing my 6 month old puppy is dead from rodent poison poisoning and they said it's not their problem

    This company does not even deserve 1 star or a third of a star. This is a scam as you can read below or above all the bad reviews. I used their services in St Louis, and the same story. I signed up for quarterly services for 5 treatments. After that was done, they emailed me again about two months later saying we will be at your home to do another service in two days. I was like no you are not our agreement is over and I told the guy for before to cancel my service. I emailed this Anthon, who explained the service tech did not have notes of this and that i should of called in. This is horse shit. Anthon ended up canceling my account by then charged me and did not even come out. This is FRAD and needs to stop. Please do not use this company they are truly a scam and they rip people off.

    SCAM..RIP OFF.. DOES NOT FOLLOW CONTRACT..CHARGES MONTHY BUT DOES NOT COME OUT TO SPRAY. KEEP RESCHEDULING YOUR VISITS.. WITHOUT NOTICE..

    We just started service a couple of months ago and it’s like they spray water or heavily diluted solutions. We have called to cancel our services and no one has called us back. They charge an arm and a leg with “said discount” for not good services or communication. We have had serve tech out a couple of times in between quarterly services but there is no improvements in bugs. One time they said they came and didn’t call so we could unlock gate and out dogs away but yet had a completed service hanger in our door. Breach of contract in there part and are not bbb accredited like we were led to believe. Our own bug spraying that we have always done worked better than this. Waste of money and terrible service. Don’t fall prey to this company!!! They rush you into their services so you can’t look the reviews up! Still waiting for phone call to be returned as well as text message…

    The communication with this company is awful. You call and can only be sent to a text message, that if you’re lucky you’ll get a response a few days later. When you email it is the same result. The service itself is okay, however staff is really unprofessional. I also took off a whole day of work because they wouldn’t give me a time frame of arrival only for them to show up at 5:30 in the evening. They rope you to their company by promises but fail to follow through. Very disappointed with this company.

    Horrible company. Their employees (technicians) stay that they sprayed my property, not knowing that I have cameras. My cameras are totally around my house. And Nomo keep billing me for a spray that I never received. The technician doesnt knock on the door. I had one driver (technician) drive right pass my house because the day the technician was to spray, I thought I would wait outside since they dont knock. I assume the technician did not see me and drop right by my house and then few minutes later I received a bill for service that I did not get. You can see the technician driving by on the camera never got out of his vehicle. I asked to speak to a manager and NO manager will call or get back with you and they keep billing me. My contract is over, and they are refusing to take my 30-day written notice that I submitted by e-mail, canceling my service. By law they can't do this my 12-month contract is way passed, none, over with. Poor company.

    Someone came to my door mid May from this company we decided to sign up due to ****************** We'll, I was advised of reduced fees & that I could do monthly installments. They repeatedly attempted to charge me higher fees. Also had some come out again with a week pretty sure they did nothing because we still had the mosquitoes. I spoke to ******* we signed up with within a few days and requested to cancel my service without any fees & after some back & forth he assured me it was cancelled. Well, here it is almost Sept and I am still being harassed multiple times a week for these **** unpaid fees I should not owe. I have talked to people who text me even and they just continue trying to get their money they think I owe. Wish I'd never answered my door, they are terrible
