    Key partners and their group of rental managers has created the most stressful living environment I would have never imagined renting would be this much trouble. They will not speak on a phone, the communication is directly through email, however they will text you only if it is convenient for them. When you move in they have a strict policy regarding a move in inspection form, then when you move out they won't use what the renter submitted as proof of the property condition if there is a dispute. The way they conduct their business is ruthless towards the renter. If you do renew the lease the company aside from telling you the rent will increase from 2-3%, will inflate that up to 9% when you agree to renew, along with charge an additional $500 renewal fee the month of renewal once you've signed the new contract. RENTERS BEWARE, FIND A DIFFERENT MANAGEMENT COMPANY TO WORK WITH. Upon my departure, I had a professional cleaning, touched every item on their check out list they are trying to "retain' all my deposit money. I've never been late one day in two years, caused no trouble in the home or neighborhood. They have made up a washer and dryer was missing from home and that the home smelled like smoke, which has never had one person smoke in the home since we lived there. All these accusations are their way of attempting to keep my money. This company has literally been the BIGGEST NIGHTMARE to work with!
