    I ordered the suits on 9/24/2022 and paid for them $732. They were supposed to get these suites and professionally tailored to fit me. The suites were ready to pick up 11/11/2022, Saturday (1-1/2 month later). The dispute is when I tried on the suits to have them fitted the waistline was low in the back and I stated this to Dan. He stated he would fix it. When I picked up the suites the bottom hems of both paints were cut with sheers, very uneven and sewed with a straight stitch, not shown on the end, which would eventually unravel. The back of the paints, where the serger trim was cut with sheers which, in time will unravel. The stitching was messy with strings hanging and sewing lines of where the original stitching was, not completely taken out. The back of one pant puckers. The crotch of the pants are sown where you can see all of the stitching. One suit paint waist size is a 46, I am a 34 waist size. The other suit pant waist size is a 44, I am a 34 waist size. This is definitely not a professional job as it was advertised. The advertisement state, " The fit will be perfect". It is also stated that these are "High Quality Suits". "Custom Tailor Suits and Custom Fit Suits", is also part of their advertisement. My wife went to the store 11/14/2022 (Monday) because the store was closed Sunday. She showed Dan the pants turning them inside out but he did not see anything wrong and it looked fine to him. She stated that this was not a professional job as their advertisement stated. She requested a refund, at my request. He refused to give the refund, in which, she requested several times. He stated he does not give refunds. She did ask what his policy was concerning refunds and he stated he does not give refunds and he does not have a policy. He stated no one in his 30 years of business ever asked for a refund or returned any item. He stated this was the first time!

    Consumer's wife brought in the pants claiming not to like the hem. I told them this is how the hem is supposed to look (blind stitched).  I offered to fix the suit, or replace the suit. The customer states they didn't know what they wanted. We don't have a return policy because I will do whatever it takes to fix any concerns or complaints.  The hem is completed the way it is supposed to be done.

    I am rejecting this response because: I did not state to *** (Owner), I did not know
    what we wanted. I explicitly said, “We want our money back”, several times. The
    statement *** made is NOT TRUE. He knew exactly what we wanted, the words were
    plan and simple.  *** has made this false
    statement!  *** also stated, he was not
    going to refund the money! The owner failed to say
    that the hem of these pants were not the only issues that were discussed with
    him.  *** failed to mention all of the
    other issues that I discussed with him.  Below are the other important issues that we talked about. 
    The waistline was low in the back and *** (owner) said he would fix the problem, but this issue still was not fixed.
    The bottom hems of both paints were cut with pinking shear scissors, very uneven and one of the hemmed paints was cut with straight scissors, with a vertical cut, which will also unravel (see pictures)
    The back of the paints, where it was sewed with a serger sewing machine, the material was cut with pinking shear scissors, which left raw ends of the material, which in time will unravel. The stitching is messy with strings hanging. The sewing lines where the original stitching was, is not completely taken out and the new lines of stitching does not transition into the old stitching smoothly to give the alteration a seamless look.

    The advertisement state,
