    I was scammed out a new phone. Scammer sent a label to UPS for me to ship my phone back. After realizing I was scammed the UPS store I shipped from and I talked to customer service stating I did mail the phone and it was done with a fraudulent UPS label but the rep refused to help get the package back to me because the shipper info was changed after dropping off the package. Even the UPS store manager was upset that they did not help get my phone back. It was confirmed as fraud and they did nothing.

UPS is NOT a BBB Accredited Business.
