            I have not gotten a refund after the company made an error in the shipping address. As they acknowledged below, they have successfully sent me packages to this address before, so there was no error on my part. They refused to refund the money until the package was returned to them by the postal service but this has been drawn out for months now. I don't think I should have to wait any longer for a refund on my package, which to all appearances your company mislabeled, given that you have successfully shipped product to me at this same address in the past.
