    We took 9 reels of film to be converted to DVD in July of 2023, we were told at the time it could take 6-8 months to be completed, it is now Nov of 2024. After numerous phone calls on the status of the film, we were told that there were no updates in there system and they weren't sure what was going on with the account, my step father gave them $500.00 when the film was dropped off which was deposited & cashed within a week of drop off, I spoke with them on Oct 30th 2024 about the status of my order and was told it was in editing, I asked how long does it take to edit and was told to call back in 6-8 weeks because they had alot of Christmas and rush orders to complete! I could not believe what I was hearing! This film is of my family which the majority have passed & cannot be replaced! 15 months and still waiting! Do not use this business. Very dissatisfied with the service and lack of concern from them!!

    I had an existing website with an online booklet and wanted to change the hosting carrier. The owner David K. Miller of the company, repeatedly said this will be very easy, with 17-pages, and would use WordPress, to copy and paste. He charged $75.00 an hour and said it should take less than 2 hrs. and how he would show me how to upload the pages, if I ever wanted to update the pages, which I did approx. every 6-months, that was due 2/3/24. He said I didn’t need to provide anything but did give a printed word copy of the booklet and was very specific in saying: I wanted everything to be as is, and there were to be no changes. I then was scheduled to come in expecting all to be completed and that he was to show me how to upload the pages, if and when I wanted to update. On 1/16/24, I arrived, and the services wasn't completed as promised, as he had not even started, as he’s wanting to walk me through the whole process, which he was unfamiliar with, because he phoned tech support at least 4 times for instructions about the process and sought the aid of an employee. He was incompetent if he did not even know how to change the spacing, color of words or to make them bold. I was there for more than 3-hours and he said he would just charge for 2 hours due to the difficulties, and the website was incomplete as he was on page 6. He later said, I've completed all and it just took 30 minutes. I then was scheduled back in, to verify that all was correct and it was not. It contained the same errors as before, as he again contacted tech support and the employee, and from these 2 visits, he said about 10-times, until I put him in check: you’re so picky, is a unprofessional statement. I was charged $235.03 on 2/7/24 and said it would take 7-days, then said 7-10 days, then said 7-10-business days. Now, he says, it will be done one day the following week of 2/25/24-3/2/24. I demanded a refund in full for a total of $429.96 and was told, he cannot refund labor costs.
