Lawsuits have been filed against other licensees operating in Kansas and Illinois by those states' Attorneys General. Both of these actions also name DRB Limited (Bernard Haldane Associates) as defendants and allege deceptive acts and practices in violation of the states' Consumer Fraud Act in the advertising and sale of career counseling services. A consent order was entered into by DRB & Career Consultants Inc., in the Kansas action. The Illinois action is pending.
