I was nervous about Purchasing my spa from integrity spas because of bad reviews during extended delivery times from covid I ordered my Bimini spa. And it was make sure in the time frame. I was given and we were over the moon. Pleased with the quality and all of the extras that did not Cost extra. We use it often and I found it to be very well made. And when I have questions jay always answers the phone and is willing to answer them. I would not hesitate to order another product from integrity spasIntegritySpas.com Response

We ordered a Jamaican spa in 2020. There were long delays because of the C word mostly. It ended up being 10 months instead of 10 weeks. Spa arrived shipping damaged but they promised to repair and gave guidance and ordered parts. It took alot of back and forth and well over a year but they resolved the issues in the end and I am a happy customer. If you purchase from them understand their service is not as capable as a local spa dealer. Their build quality is not super top notch either. I had to put their service to the test more than most and I can say that they care and will do whatever they can to make it right. For the value I got a working product that took effort and patience on my part and I highly recommend Integrity. I will definitely order from them again with that mindset. 9498Review from Jeff B

I have had the Grand Cayman Extreme Dual Zone Swim Spa Hot tub for the past 14 months. Great product for an amazing price! Swim every morning and soak every night. Customer service has also been great.IntegritySpas.com Response

We purchased the Big Kahuna paying 1/2 down in 2022 and made it clear we were not in a rush. We paid the second half in 2023 and received the unit April 19,2023. Visual inspection of the unit at that point did not show anything but after filling it and starting to use it I noticed that some of the spinners would pop out. I would push them back into place only to have them pop out again. Then I realized that the plastic clips that hold them in place were broken. I took pictures and notified Jay who responded and said he would send them out right away. This was in July. A month passed and I had not received anything and emailed again. Jay responded and said that he was sorry but the units were on back order. I tried again in November and he said he would send them out "immediately." It's now January 2024 and I still have not received anything and he's not responded to my last 2 emails. Additionally, the wifi unit is a waste of money. It's never worked and I was directed to call another company in California. The bluetooth unit is hit and miss and I find that it's easier to just manually operate the unit. Overall, we are happy with the unit spa and you cannot beat the price. It's easily 2x more anywhere else for a comparable unit. I would still recommend Integrity but with the caveat of lowering some expectations in terms of service. I think once we get all these hiccups worked out we will have a fantastic spa.IntegritySpas.com Response

We sincerely apologize for the issues this customer has experienced. We hold ourselves to a higher standard and are taking steps to insure this doesn't happen again. The new jets have shipped to the customer and we are following up to insure all concerns are resolved to their satisfaction. My wife and I purchased the oahu last year. And we have used it almost every day. It is an absolutely fabulous spa. The process of buying was seamless from the day we ordered it to the day. It was delivered. Helpful friendly people all the way through. I couldn't recommend them anymore highly than I do I believe they have one of the best products on the market.IntegritySpas.com Response

I purchased an Integrity spa the ******** model due to the amount of snow on the ground and left it sit in my garage for five months when we finally opened it, realize it had damage talk to *** at Integrity. He sent all the pieces I needed to repair it free of charge, spa works perfect no issues half price of any other major competitor. Thank you, Integrity spa.Review from Greg H

We purchased the Oahu spa in June 2023 from Integrity Spas. Waited about 8 weeks for delivery. The sales staff has been great and very patient at answering my many questions. With the 103F temperatures, we have only been enjoying it in the early mornings. Anxiously awaiting cooler weather. The cover lift kit makes it easy for my small wife to raise it. The ******* hot tub has been ************* for two years! *** and **** will take care of you and are very honest people to work with! I was nervous about placing an order online for a hot tub, but the guys came through for me. The service to move the hot tub to my backyard porch was worth it as well, so I recommend that option.Thanks,**************
