    I would give this company 0 stars since I have emailed several times and also called and left a message with any response or even ackowledgement from K & N Designs. I would like to just cancel the order at this point and have my money refunded.

    *************************************************************** ***************** They *********** selling fake products that they never intend to send to you, then they never answer emails, nor customer service requests, they have no phone number. *************************************************** They should be forced to close their business, be sued, and forced to pay damages to the customers whose trust, time, and patience were given no regard. There is a P.O. Box in Lawrence listed as the address. I hope someone can find the ********** people that own this business *************************************************************** ********************************

    DON'T order from this company. I placed a $319.00 order on October 9th. Still haven't received anything. Nobody will respond to my emails and they don't have a phone number. But they sure charge your card. ********

    Item depicted online was nothing like actual product. At all. Once I complained a few times they offered my a one time exception for a refund provided I sent product back to the address they gave. I sent it back certified return receipt and they signed for it on 9/15/22. I followed up three times following this without any response whatsoever. I feel not only was I a victim of false advertising, I was promised a refund and they just won't respond further. So I spent $118.95 plus $38.00 postage to send item back and have absolutely nothing to show for it.

    This company is ******** photos of custom merchandise from an ACTUAL accredited **** seller. I reached out 3 times via email and 7 times via their website and didn't receive a single response regarding my order status. I've already filed a dispute claim with my credit card agency - Everyone should be extremely wary of this company. Judging by their BBB profile and others who have experienced the same - I truly can't believe this company hasn't been shut down just yet.

    The product they're claiming to create with ****** pictures: "Groomsman gift / Father's Day gift"

    The **** company that actually makes them and took the photos: "****************" - Product Name: "Custom Bottle Opener"
