    So in my honest opinion I would not recommend Morris Smith Ford in larned Kansas. The customer service will give you the run around. They say one thing and when you drive over an hour for a service that should have had a loaner vehicle you get stuck sitting for hours waiting on your vehicle. I was voicing my opinions to my husband inside the lobby and the owner decided to stop me and ask me what my questions were and proceeded to belittle me in front of another customer saying that they could never have promised these things because they haven't had rental cars for three years. They do not disclose that when buying a vehicle if the check engine lights come on before the 3 month warranty expires that you have to pay for the diagnostic test to find out what the problem is. After the man interrupts me and gets me all frustrated and I told him that I was done with the conversation he tried to make me take my vehicle and leave. I should have never had to beg them to finish what they had already started. Made me feel like a complete a**. Then later when no one was around to witness it other than my husband he came up to apologize for his mean and hateful behavior towards me. So again my opinion on the situation is Id never recommend this place even to my worst enemy.

    Meghan, we are sorry to hear that you dont have a positive opinion of the dealership. It sounds like you spoke directly with the owner about your situation and you were not able to come to an agreement on your situation. Your story does indeed sound extremely unusual however you are of course entitled to your opinion and version of the story that you would like to tell other people. It is unfortunate that the dealership was not able to assist you further.
