      My name is ***** ********* owner of Bigfella Auto Express, a licensed auto transport brokerage. I am submitting this formal complaint regarding a carrier listed on your platform, Valy Express Inc. (USDOT 3919876, MC 1449565), who has engaged in unprofessional conduct and retaliatory harassment that is actively harming my business.

      In June 2025, we dispatched a single order to Valy Express Inc. via Super Dispatch. Following the order, the carrier became unresponsive and refused to provide a Certificate of Insurance despite multiple email requests. Due to this lack of compliance and poor communication, we chose not to work with them again and blocklisted them in our internal records.

      Shortly after our last communication, our business began receiving fraudulent 1-star Google reviews from names with no connection to our company. These reviews contain language and timing that strongly indicate they are being posted by the same individual(s) associated with Valy Express Inc.—specifically, an apparent attempt to retaliate against us for ending the business relationship.

      This situation has escalated into a case of online harassment and attempted reputation damage, resulting in lost business and stress for our team. We have documentation of the review patterns, communication attempts, and internal notes logged in Super Dispatch from the original order.

      Request for Super Dispatch Action:
      We respectfully ask that Super Dispatch:

      Investigate Valy Express Inc. for violations of ethical business conduct.

      Consider disciplinary action or suspension from your platform if the harassment is verified.

      Improve internal tools that allow brokers to flag abusive carriers more effectively for staff review.

      As a paying user of your platform, I expect Super Dispatch to take reports of abuse seriously—especially when it relates to conduct that threatens other users' businesses outside of the order itself.
