Our car had a leak in the coolant hose that was completed on Oct 27th 2023. The next day the car smoked up and a lot of liquid spewed out of the car. We immediately reached out to the shop owner and we were told that they weren’t open but could probably have the mechanic swing by the house. They reached back out and said they couldn’t come by but would the next day. Oct 30th was the next day and the mechanic never came. I reached out at 10 am and the shop owner said the mechanic may have forgotten and that she would send him our way. I have to pick up my sister from school at 11:00 so I asked for him to come at 11:30 am. She said he would call me. At 12:45 pm I reached out to see when we would call. Shop owner called me to have car towed to them. I used my roadside assistance. Car arrived around 6-7 pm and keys were placed in the mailbox. Shop owner never answers any of my calls. I have two contact numbers and they are never answered. Today, Nov 20th I went to go pick up my car like was told to and no one was at the business. I called multiple times and text the shop owner but no response. They have my keys and I am not able to take my car. The following images explains the timeline in details. I’m not even sure if my car is completed as I know that the first time my car was worked on was Nov 18th. We pulled up to the shop and the owner was hands deep in our engine working on our truck.
