      Dear Better Business Bureau,

      I am writing to clarify my complaint against National Credit Adjusters, LLC, submitted on July 9, 2025, with complaint ID ********. I understand that my initial submission might have been perceived as template language, and I appreciate the opportunity to provide a more personal account of my concerns.

      I want to express that I have never engaged in any contract or business transaction with National Credit Adjusters, LLC. Furthermore, I do not have a wet signature on any documents related to this company. This lack of a contractual relationship raises serious concerns regarding the legitimacy of the entries on my credit report associated with their name.

      My specific violations include the following:

      1. Unverified Debt Reporting: I have not received any validation of the debt that National Credit Adjusters claims I owe. According to the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, I have the right to demand this validation, which has not been provided.

      2. Lack of Documentation:As previously mentioned, I have not signed any documents, nor have I consented to any transactions with the company. This leads me to question the legality of the entries on my credit report.


      3. Potential Identity Theft or Fraudulent Activity: Given that I have no dealings with this company, I am concerned that my personal information may have been misused.

      I request that the BBB investigate this matter thoroughly to help resolve my concerns regarding the inaccuracies on my credit report. If necessary, I can provide additional documentation or correspondence that further substantiates my claims.

      I am filing a formal and aggressive complaint against National Credit Adjusters (NCA) for continued harassment, reporting inaccuracies across multiple credit bureaus, and failure to provide legally required documentation under federal law.

      Despite never validating the alleged debt, NCA continues to place aggressive and disruptive calls to my personal cell phone while I am at work — an action that I have not consented to and now formally request be ceased immediately. This is a direct violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) 15 U.S. Code § 1692c(a)(1) and § 1692d. Continued calls after this notice will be treated as harassment and reported to the CFPB and Attorney General.

      On top of that, I am now demanding full and complete debt validation under 15 U.S. Code § 1692g(b). This must include:
      • A complete chain of custody/assignment from the original creditor (SpeedyCash) to NCA
      • A Forward Flow Agreement or contract that proves ownership of the debt
      • The purchase agreement showing transfer rights
      • A copy of the original signed contract (wet ink signature) tying me to the alleged account
      • Proof of your collection license to legally operate in my state (Texas)
      • Any contractual clause that states I legally owe NCA this alleged debt, not SpeedyCash

      Additionally, this account is being reported inconsistently across my credit reports:
      • The date of first delinquency is listed as May 14, 2021
      • The account open date is listed as January 5, 2023
      This reporting discrepancy violates the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) § 607(b), which requires furnishers to report accurate and complete information.

      I dispute the accuracy and legitimacy of this entire account and am requesting that it be immediately removed from all credit bureaus unless all documentation listed above is produced. If this account cannot be fully validated — with full chain of title, assignment, and lawful proof of ownership — it should not be reported or collected on.
