    I hired this company in November of last year to replace my central air unit. owner ****** ****** requested that i have to pay for the unit in full in order for him to purchase the unit for installation. i paid him in the amount of $2,750.00 in November of 2023. He then came up with excuse after excuse on why he couldn't get around to installing it. After 4 months of this I told him to just give my money back. He said that he would return the unit and pay me back in full. Then it became excuse after excuse of why he can't pay me. To this day he has only made two payments to me one on 06/11/24 as a check in the amount of $1,000.00 and the other on 09/27/24 as some walmart cash payment that i recieved. Now he will not respond to my request for payment and has shown that he has no intent on paying me the $1,250.00 that he still owes me. All I want is my money back. Because of this I haven't been able to afford a furnace and was without last year and currently this year.
