      I have rented a storage unit from this company for several months. I wrote a check for the month of August on July 25th. By August 11th it hadn’t been deposited. (As of today it hasn’t been deposited yet by their company.) I had a similar problem in June, so I texted them. Within a few days the check was deposited, so I didn’t follow up on that one again. I’ve repeatedly asked about the August check through voicemail and text message. Additionally, I had forgotten the door code to the storage unit. So I texted, called and left voice messages asking if they would text it to me. This has been going on since August 21. I had to write a check to cover the month of September, and that hasn’t been deposited either. I wrote a message on the envelope asking them to please send me the door code, but again, no response. I want my things out of there as soon as possible but I can’t get in the building. This business is available “by appointment only”, and I have no hope of getting one. I’ve never experienced anything like this before and I have no idea what to do. I want the door code so I can remove my things as quickly as possible. I have all text messages saved in my phone as well as the duplicate of the checks I’ve written to them. If these are requested by this business in question I’ll gladly provide them.

      We have not received any calls or messages to our office number. At this time there is an outstanding balance that has not been paid. There was no check received. If she would like to contact our office to figure this out we would be happy to assist her but calling employees on their personal cell phones that have no access to account records will not help.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      I have an extensive call, text and voicemail message history with this company.  Please see attached.  I don't know what they mean by "employee".  I am not aware of all the employees that work there, but I assume that if I call, text, and leave messages on voicemail for this company, the "employee" who sees/hears these messages will get them to the appropriate person.  I've also attached their sign that has their number on it.  This is the number I have been messaging and calling.

      Also, I have my duplicate checks from when I paid this company. Please see attached. They moved the drop box right before I made the August payment, but up until that time, they still had one month that I had to text them to ask why they hadn't deposited my check yet (it had been two weeks).  A few days later it was deposited, although there was still no response.  Prior to that, I had seen all my checks deposited in an appropriate time frame. So, it's been almost two months since the August payment was made, and a couple of weeks since I made the September payment.  If their drop box is faulty then they need to fix it.  I also have heard nothing from this company about me making "late payments".

      We have attempted to call Miss ********* and got no answer.

      on Monday September 15.2025 we sent a text at 3:37pm to have her give us a call which she read and did not call or text back.

      We have now sent another message this morning. There is nothing we can do if she will not communicate with us directly to get this matter resolved.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID *******3, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. They did tell me last week that they found the checks and would deposit them.  I still don't see that they have, but will remain hopeful that they will.
