    My husband and I bought a vehicle from Raupe Sales company in March of 2021. We had called them and let them know our young child had accidentally thrown away the title of the vehicle. We completely understood that was our fault. It took 5 phone calls and voicemails on different days to finally get someone to speak with me about getting a new title. When my husband messaged their Facebook page they had told him to "look harder" at this point we knew the title had been thrown away and we were just looking for a replacement. When I finally got ahold of Jaime she told me she would mail us a new title. Great! We thought this would be the end of it. Fast forward to September and we have still not received our title nor could we get anyone to contact us back. I finally filled out their contact us information on their website and explained that we had been trying to get a new title since March and it is now September and I will be forced to contact my attorney if the issue is not resolved. My husband got a message from them after I had sent that stating they had been calling, emailing and texting us about a $50 payment for the new title. We had never received any emails calls or texts but my husband responded with "please send my wife an invoice and how to make the payment and she will pay it today" they responded with we don't have an invoice. I then called Raupe Sales and finally talked to Dustin. I explained to him that my husband was told that we were supposed to send a $50 payment but we didn't know where to send it and addressed that we had not received any correspondence from them until today about this payment and that this was ridiculous it was taking this long. Dustin then proceeded to hang up on me as I was speaking to him. When I called back I asked him again where the payment was needing to be sent to so my husband can finally get this title as it has now been months and he is no longer has any type of valid tags. He told me that the address will be on the envelope that the title comes in. Fast forward to October and we finally get the title. My husband takes the title to the *** to get his tags and they tell him that the title is incorrect and the dealership did not sign it in the right spot. The *** calls and speaks to Dustin at Raupe Sales and he is again rude to the lady at the ***. We sent the title back certified and started the wait to get the new title sent. Again. The title finally came November 15th and it was correct we were able to get tags. We however will never be dealing with the company again and I wouldn't recommend anyone else do the same unless you like dealing with an unprofessionally ran business with very rude employees.

    1st of all no one ever told us that a young child threw the title away! And what people don't always understand is we have been doing business during a pandemic so the folks at the state particularly last spring are very understaffed so everything including the mail was horribly slow. I did tell the ****** to look harder for their title because it would be a very slow process getting a new title because we would have to find the previous customer that traded this truck to us and have him apply for a duplicate title. After several weeks the previous customer called us back and let us know he wouldn't be able to apply for a duplicate title because he was out of town for a month! I won't go into more detail because it won't be taken in consideration because the used car dealer is always a crook and always wrong! But I guess at the end of the day the truth is the **** family received their title and we are out $75 for a duplicate title and certified mailing! We have been in business for 42 years and have seen customers like this in the past and we've come to the conclusion that we can't make everyone happy and we don't want them as customers as much as they don't want to come back but we're not gonna try to ruin their reputation and spread lies just because we didn't get what we wanted and in a time frame that we think is appropriate.
