    I have paid a 7,000 deposit to this company to build a sunroom on my home.
    I’ve been informed by the owner that they will not be able to start the work due to a busy schedule. This was on 6/28/25. I made the deposit payment in full at the beginning of April.
    I have reached out several times to the owner to get a timeline for the refund to be made. He refused to give me an answer and has been very aggressive including name calling and threats.

    I am writing in response to a recent complaint submitted against me and my business regarding a sunroom project for **** *****. I would like to provide my account of the situation and clarify several key points that i believe are important to fair and complete understanding.

    Over the past six months **** ***** voluntarily provided me with a total of $7000 toward the proposed construction of a sunroom at her residence. While we had discussed the project in detail the nature of our relationship extended beyond a typical contractor client dynamic, as we were also personally involved. As a result, aspects of our communication often occurred through informal channels.

    Despite claims made in the complaint, i have not ignored any of her attempts to contact me. In fact, i have made multiple good faith efforts to stay in communication and discuss the projects next steps, especially as a personal matters began to interfere with our professional relationship.

    I must also address the allegations of aggression, name calling, and threats. I categorically deny engaging in any threatening or abusive behavior. While tensions did escalate due to the breakdown of our personal relationship i have remained professional in all project related matters and have not used threatening language in any written or verbal exchanges.

    At this point, given the breakdown of both the professional and personal relationship and the fact the the project has not moved forward, i am open to finding a resolution that is fair to both parties. I remain willing to discuss how to properly discuss document expenses to date or explore a partial refund, though the situation has become increasingly complex due to the personal dynamics involved.

    Finally, while i have recently become aware of other questionable behavior on her part involving a third party, i am choosing not to comment further on those matters, as they are not directly related to the original complaint or business agreement.

    I take my reputation and my work seriously and i appreciate the opportunity to respond to this complaint in a professional manner. I am confident, a reasonable and fair resolution can be reached.

    This entire story is fabricated. I have never been in a relationship with anyone from this business. I have retained an attorney and am currently in the process of suing to retrieve my 7,000.00 deposit that was paid on April 15th 2025.
