    Had the company come in to stop water entering my foundation. All work had 20 year warranty. All numbers to this company have been disconnected and I have water coming back in my basement. Can’t seem to track any one down to find anything about this company.

    Initial work contracted 09/2018 for foundation support and waterproofing, $23,300. Work completed. Had problem 09/2022 with water leakage and received no response after contacting the company multiple times. Told by the office staff that she would pass along the message to the owner. Had to have it repaired by another company. Had leakage through wall after recent rains and attempted to contact the company for warranty service (20 year warranty listed on proposal.) In attempting to contact the business, keep receiving recorded message that the number is no longer in service.

    In December, 2020, I had Advanced Systems BFR do extensive repair work on my foundation, restoring and leveling the home. This was at a cost of $7,300. The work came with a 20-year warranty. It has now begun settling again, but my phone calls go unanswered, the business line has been disconnected and a person I reached on another line said the company was out of business. I saw a comment that the owner had been hospitalized. All I want is to know who stands behind the warranty I have.

    We went to the office location, which is closed. Conversation with people in surrounding businesses informed us that the business is closed and the owner deceased. I plan to try to contact the former owner to see if he will assist with honoring the warranty. Please let me know if you are successful in getting any response.

    This message is to formally dispute a fraudulent account on my credit report associated with ********, opened on 06/07/2007 (Account Number: ************). As a victim of identity theft, I have never opened nor authorized this account, and its presence on my credit report is causing undue damage. A complaint has been filed with ****************** and I am actively taking measures to secure my personal information.

    I demand an immediate and thorough investigation, followed by the swift removal of this account from my credit report. I expect urgent attention and a timely resolution to prevent further adverse effects on my credit standing.

    My home was raised too high. Many cracks occurred. I hired an attorney to draft a letter. Jeffrey ********* has not responded to multiple letters. He has no showed appointments. He forgets past conversations. I want my warranty honored and my home fixed by another company at this point.

    They are not returning our calls. The wall that they fixed is cracking again and it is under warranty. The whole job is under warranty.

    I Received a BBB Complaint from this individual recently on the quality of the work that we did on her property, but in none of my records can I find any evidence that we performed any work at the address she provided. Additionally, none of my employee's recall being at this address. If Ms. ****** wound, please provide any documentation that backs up her claim that we did any work on her property, (IE: contracts, canceled checks, or invoices) we would be more than happy to come out and look at her situation and make any repairs necessary at no cost to Ms. ******. I'm the owner of this company and speaking for myself, I haven't received any phone calls from Ms. ******.

    Problem Resolved... The work was done eight wears ago! I bought the company less than four years ago. I will have a crew go to the property and assess the condition, and make any repairs needed. Thanks
