    DATE OF ISSUES: 6/2/23, I BOOKED A ROOM FOR 6/2/23 - 6/4/23, UPON ARRIVAL WHICH WAS AROUND 6:30 P.M. THERE WAS NO ONE IN THE OFFICE, THERE WAS A NOTE TAPED TO THE COUNTER TO CALL A NUMBER WHICH I DID 3 TIMES WITH NO ANSWER I THEN KNOCKED ON A DOOR THAT WAS IN THE OFFICE AND THEN A LADY CAME OUT AND I TOLD HER I HAD A RESERVATION WHICH SHE PROCEEDED TO CHECK ME IN, THE HOTEL HAD A ODOR TO IT AND LOOKED VERY RUNNED DOWN, ALONG BESIDE THE LADY THAT WAS CHECKING ME IN SHE ALSO HAD A VERY LARGE DOG ALONG WITH HER THAT KEEP BARKING WHICH MADE ME UNCOMFORTABLE, I WENT TO THE ROOM GIVEN TO ME AND HAD ISSUES OPENING THE DOOR WHICH THE DOOR WAS SHAKY AND WHEN WALKING INTO THE ROOM I FOUND THE ROOM IN DISARAY THE BED OR ROOM HADN'T BEEN CLEANED FROM THE PREVIOUS GUEST, I WENT BACK TO THE OFFICE AND THE LADY TOLD ME THAT SHE WAS SORRY AND I ASK FOR MY MONEY TO BE PUT BACK ON MY CREDIT WHICH SHE SAID IT WOULD BE REFUNDED, THERE WAS A YOUNG GUY THAT CAME INTO THE OFFICE AND PROCEEDED TO TELL MY HUSBAND THAT THE HOTEL MAINLY GOT GUEST OFF THE STREET AND THAT HE SUGESTED THAT WE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I HAVE YET TO GET MY REFUND FOR THIS ISSUES, I CONTACTED ******* WHICH I ALWAYS BOOK THROUGH AND THEY WANT REFUND MY MONEY EITHER, ******* SAID THAT THE HOTETL REFUSED TO GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK. I FEEL LIKE THIS HOTEL NEEDS INSPECTED AND THEY NEED TO COME UPTO CODE ON ALOT OF THEIR HOTEL ISSUES. I'M NOT WANTING TO CAUSE ISSUES, BUT I HAVE BEEN RIPPED OFF MY THE HOTEL AND *******, I'M WANTING OTHER PEOPLE NOT TO GO THROUGH THE ISSUES THAT I HAVE WENT THROUGH WHILE VISITNING DODGE CITY, ALONG WITH HAVING A ROOM NOT CLEANED AND THE HOTEL WITH AN ORDOR, WHEN GOING UPTO THE SECOND FLOOR THE CARPET ON THE STEPS OR IN VERY NEED OF REPLACEING AND AFTER GETTING INTO THE ROOM AND LOOKING AT THE CONDITION OF THE DOORS AND HOW UNORGANIZED THE PLACE WAS I DIDN' T FEEL SAFE STAYING AT THIS HOTEL, I PAID 162.14, THE RESERVATION NUMBER IF NEEDED WILL BE GIVEN, I WOULD APPRECIATE A CALL ON THIS MATTER. I'VE NOTICED SINCE THIS ISSUE HAS OCCURD THAT THEY PUT A NON REFUNDABLE NOT ON MY ACCOUNT WHICH WASN'T THERE BEFORE, FOR NOT BEING ABLE TO USE THE ROOM THAT WAS RESERVED AND BEING TOLD THAT I WOULD GET MY MONEY BACK I FEEL LIKE THIS HOTEL HASN'T FULFILLED THEIR END OF THE RESERVATION, BECAUSE SHE DIDN'T EVEN OFFER ANOTHER ROOM TO ME.
