Our trash is supposed to be picked up on the first and third Tuesday of each month. More than three times in past two months, they are either 1 week late or do not pick up at all. Calls to the business have been made to no avail. My trash today has been waiting for pick up since first Tuesday of this month. We pay our bill on time each month. The wind up here is horrible and blows trash cart over spreading trash around countryside. Durflingers is extremely hard to get hold of. We would use another trash service, however there isn't one available in ******** county other than Durflingers. There is a monopoly here which is being taken advantaged of by Durflingers. Customer service is severely lacking. Thank you.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 10, 2022/05/13) */ I REFUNDED THE CUSTOMERS MONEY SHE HAD PAID. AFTER REPEATED REMINDERS TO MY DRIVER HE COULDN'T SEEM TO REMEMBER. SO sORRY!
