This business was hired to prepare taxes and other documents for the IRS. Not only did they not prepare taxes, I was charged hundreds of dollars for nothing. Nor has this business returned my personal documents in a timely matter. I want every single document returned immediately

Hello
Please see attached the signed engagement policy for the tax preparation services rendered. The return was completed and several attempts for a full year were made to contact the client and have them come in, pay for the return and retrieve the original documents with the copy of the return. Multiple phone calls and multiple statements were mailed to the client to initiate correspondence. The initial fee was not $600.00 but in fact $325.00, but late fees had been added as well as collection fees. As stated in the engagement letter, uncollected invoices will be subject to submittal with collections and incur a collection fee plus finance charges.

I am rejecting this response because: they never prepared anything. They never returned my documents. They need to return my documents asap! My next step will be a lawyer. And a complaint with the state of Kansas that oversees licensing for her fraudulent company
