    "Was supposed to cancel a order SEVERAL days before I found out order was back ordered. Never returned my calls , REMOVEDthe online order person forgot to cancel more order admittingly telling me she forgot and therefore the order went on thru and money was taken out of my account even after it was supposed to be cancelled, held my money for a couple of days and got charged $36 in overdraft fees from the companies mistake ." ...
