I emailed him about why I needed to be refunded for a portion of the course. He pretended to be caring and understanding and said that he would refund it. When I emailed him back about the refund and finishing the course that I wanted to keep, he would not respond. I emailed him 3 times with no response so I couldn’t even finish the course because I need him to be active with the course to complete it.Business response

I had responded to this student regarding the request for a partial refund and had indicated that I would issue the partial refund in a response to the student's original request. The student continued to ask for said refund when I had already responded then filed this complaint as I did not respond to the same request multiple times. I considered the request asked and answered. I consider this complaint a personal attack on my business.

Better Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, my complaint was not a "personal attack on his business", it was a genuine complaint; however, I do believe that the issue was a result of miscommunication and he did refund me the money for the 2 add ons that I bought.
