Payment taken from my account 12/26/23. Took weeks to obtain goods. I contacted seller right away and they will not work with me for a refund. The shirt collar is inside out and will not lay flat at all to even try to fix it. The pants have patches but they are not attached and when you put the pants on they all fold in different directions. Terrible qualify. I have tried to work out a refund with seller but they only want to refund 50 or 60%. These are not wearable and I do not want them. The shirt especially is terrible qualify and not fixable. They say I can return them but I have to pay shipping. They sent me damaged/defective items so I should not have to pay the shipping back. In the end it would cost me what I paid for the items to ship them back.Initial Complaint

I received an item I purchased on 9/12/2023 the item doesnt fit and the button fell off. I requested a return the same day I received it by submitting a ticket on their website because that is the only way to request it. Their website states you have 14 days to return an item. They have offered 5% coupon, keep the item and get refunded 10% or 30%. Each time Ive told them I dont want the item and I want a full refund and I have gotten no resolution.Initial Complaint

This ChicMe online company sells clothing and asks that the product not be returned to them if undeliverable which forces postal drivers to leave packages outside unattended and potentially stolen if a vestibule is not available. The company first said take it up with the post office. The post office said no insurance was obtained and nothing they can do. So the company basically said we will give you a five dollar off coupon. I asked them to please just remail the item. They continuously ignore my requests by saying nothing they can do. I want a resend of the product not a refund but they won't do that. I am beside myself. Please contact them or shut them down. No one should receive this type of treatment at least force the company to get insurance on packages so us consumers are covered.Customer Answer

They did not respond to me either. This company is I am assuming overseas and does not respect this authority or its customers here and just wants our ** dollar. I was hoping to at least get the items replaced or something. But noth9ng please reach out to me and let me know if any other complaints from other persons are filed against said company ChicMe. T***** for trying to assist me with a resolution as well. But we both got disregarded ultimately.

I placed an order online from chicme.com for 11 items on July 1, 2023 totaling $187. About two weeks later I only received one item and have not received the rest of my order. When I log into my account, the status shows shipped by no tracking number for the rest of my order. I can only connect customer service via a chat or text through their website. I sent several messages regarding the status and they replied that the rest of my order is packed but waiting to be sent to logistics. They asked that I please be patient. I told them this was my first time ordering from their website and I need the rest of my stuff by the end of July. They replied with an apology and said they would put in an expedited request a week ago. Still dont have the rest of my order. I sent another message on July 27, 2023 and they replied please wait patiently, my order is waiting to be sent to logistics! I either need the rest of my order or a refund ASAP or I will look into filing a criminal charge as my husband is in the profession to do just that!!!Initial Complaint

I ordered about $90 worth of outfits from this store. FIRST OFF, there were BEDBUGS in my package! So, I attempted to return to the company. They gave me a HUGE run around attempting to return and advised they weren't sure if they could accept the items back. The date of my transaction when I first purchased two items a blouse and a pair of sandals was on June 27, 2023. I received the order on July 6. When I opened the package there was no packing slip, the light blue ruffled blouse that was supposed to be a size large fit oddly it was too big in the shoulders and sleeves, and too small in other areas, It had no tag as to how to take care of the blouse. The fabric is almost like paper. It would have to be ironed if anyone COULD wear it and it probably would burn. The sandals had plastic tops. The bottom of the shoe was too small and the top too big and very poor quality and with heat and the decretive metal stapled too it they would not hold up. Immediately the next day I tried reaching out to CHICME. They tried to give me all these crazy options offering me a low % back and a coupon for something else. When there return policy states differently that you can return it for a refund minus the shipping cost. (That was on the 6th) than on the 7th they offered me 30% and told me I could keep the items. Like it was some kind of negotiation, I told them no I wanted them to honor their policy. I have not heard anything back. My order # is ***********. I have pics of the policy, snapshots of their response and pictures of the items they tried to sell me. All I wanted to do was for them to honor their policy and I would return their items. Horrible experience. I bought items that when arrived was totally different in look and material than what was on the site. I contacted the company for a return the same day I received the shipment it took 2 days to receive a response and when the offered me 10% return. I said no just want to return. They went back and forth in increasing the percentage but took days in between to respond then finally they said it's past the 14 day return policy. Can't help you no return or any money back. I want to return the items and have my money returned as originally requested when I contacted them on 5/14/2023
