      I purchased a 12 month shooting range pass that was to be good till December 31, 2024 and the business closed permanently in April of 2024 so I am seeking a partial refund for the 8 months I cant use. That would total $233.33.

      I ordered a firearm safe from Blythes on Dec 22nd, 2023. They told me that it would be delivered by late Feb 2024, but when I called towards the middle of the month to ** firm they said it would be delivered in early March. Then they said it would **me by middle of April, and most recently by May 5th. Now it appears that Blythes has suddenly gone out of business. Both of the telephone numbers to their locations are not working, their website is down, and a **lleague of mine has visited the location in ********, IN and saw that it was closed. I paid $2,512.00 for my safe and I want my product or my money back.

      After making an online purchase and multiple subsequent attempts at obtaining order status, which were unanswered, the merchant finally agreed to refund my original purchase 10 months later. After waiting an additional month for the refund to be received, the *** remained unresponsive to followup inquiries about the status of the refund forcing me to pursue reversal of charges with my financial institution. The entire process and lack of professionalism or willingness to communicate has left me wondering how this establishment is still in business. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere before considering doing business with them.Timeline 2023-05-03 Placed order online 2023-10-06 Called store to check status. Told I would receive call back regarding possible order problem. No return call.2023-12-27 Submitted website form inquiring about status. No response received.2024-02-16 Called store, left a message for ***** and followed up with an email to her (email from original receipt) regarding order status. No response received.2024-02-17 Email response received from *** indicating a supplier check would be done.2024-03-08 Email *** again asking for status and requesting refund if no update. Refund agreed, to be processed 2024-03-11.2024-03-29 Email *** inquiring about status of refund not received. No response received.2024-04-15 Disputed ******** charge with my financial institution
