  On 9/13/25 I signed a contract with Justin Time Demo LLC for ******. On 9/15/25 I cut him a check for $5981.50 for the down payment to Demo two structures on our property. Remaining amount upon completion. On 9/28:/25 he said he was done with the first structure and wanted an additional $1850 outside of the contract. Contract states property to be clear of any debris and I was left a huge amount of concrete debris from the 1st structure and the large structure never started. I demanded a refund of $4356.50 which is the remaining deposit of $2281.50 plus $1900 a quote I received to remove concrete debris from 1st structure and $175 deposit. He keeps saying we cancelled the contract but he wouldnt continue working without more money.

  Good morning, we have had a formal complaint on our company Justin Time Demo LLC, from ***** ****. We started a demolition job and completed the demo of the back house. Once completed we said it was done and we can grab the remainder for the Demo of completed work. He then stated he can take care of it the next day. My crews only work week days so I came alone and finished the little bit of clean up and hauled some stuff out of the big house as well. He then asked me if I could haul off some debris/wood he had in a pile so I did as well at no cost. Once I returned from the dump I started to unload tools for demolition of the big house. He then said hey can I talk to you about payment. I knew then something was off. He stated that he refused to pay me for anything until I demolished the big house as well. He was rude and very unprofessional. So I stated that we had a agreement that both houses were separate. He asked me to put them on one contract though and we know our agreement. Everything changed once I asked for pay. He stated he will not honor our conversation and agreement. Things with him got escalated he was rude and belligerent with me. So I stated that I will pack up for the day and be back Monday morning which was the following day. I had to go pick up a driver to drive the truck since I was by myself. Once we arrived he was demolishing the slab the little house was on. He then stopped and came over to us and stated for us to leave and he no longer wants our service. He said he was terminating our contract. So I went and removed the permit. A couple days later he reached out to attempt for me to demolish the big house. I said no problem as long as we do a new contract. I told him how can I trust that you will honor anything when you went back on our verbal agreement. He then got rude once again, and refused a new contract. So I ended the conversation and then this is transpiring from our conversation.
