I had **** come out to measure glass for neo natal shower doors. He measured and Ipaid him for the glass. First he had said it would be ***** per glass. Then when he came to measure he said it would go up a few dollars. When he sent the invoice to pay it was ******. when I asked he said it had to have a hole or something. I did not argue and I made the payment. he said it would take 2 weeks. no problem. Glass returned my contractor was trying to install and said it was off slightly and ask **** if he could come out and look at it. He claim he was busy and could not. we waited patiently, keep calling same story. a month passed I called him again around the middle of November. He saying he had been sick for 2 weeks and he was really behind. as I had informed him we notified him a month ago and it had nothing to do with him being sick. well he then hung up in my face. I tried to call back he did not answer. I sent a text. all we wanted for him to do was come take a look and help figure it out. he refused. he took my money. I told him he has terrible customer service. he texted back and said he would refund my money and would put it in the mail. that was 2 weeks ago. I have not received my money and he still has not come to see. ** have had to spend more money getting this shower done. because he refused I would like my money back. he stated in the text he had no problem with giving it back. once again not the truth. he has horrible customer service. he took my money. he would not come to see what the problem is. no one is that busy he could not come to see. he **** as a business person. so I want a refund please.thank you
