    BEWARE- FALSELY states information in inspections and adds pictures that are not homeowners home. Inspector ****** ****** #HI02400110 claimed multiple things about our house that were not true. Claimed we had 1 sump pump but we have 2. Claimed our back door didn't lock and left our house unlocked for two days after his inspection and never notified anyone. We took a video of door locking easily. Claimed there was mold on a light in bedroom and it was dirt. Said wiring was not connected but all wiring was connected and updated prior to house even being on market. Paperwork to prove this is true. Claimed our room was 5-10 years old but never walked it because of some flurries we got a week ago. Roof was replaced this summer so it is not even a year old. Said our deck was treated wood but is waterproof all weather composite decking. Left lights on in our house for two days. There is so much more. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE! Find a company who has integrity and actually does the job they are called to do!
