      We hired Heritage to re-paint our entire home in May of 2023. The quality of the job they did was exceptional but the issues have developed with their lack of follow through on the warranty service. When the painting was being done, we were shown photos that the painting crew had taken of baby birds that had made a nest in a couple holes on the side of the chimney by the project manager . They assured me they would return in July or August of 2023 to patch up the holes/paint once they had given the birds time to grow and leave. I have called at least 12 times to remind them that we were still waiting for someone to return to complete the work. Someone from Heritage has been to our home 5 times to "repair" and paint. The first time they said the driveway was too wet- then the roof was too wet- then I needed to get more paint- then employee said the roof was too high and they would send someone else out because he didn't feel comfortable doing it alone. Then someone would be coming to measure for a wedge they would build to be able to safely use their ladder on our roof to reach the chimmey. Then 2 employees came out and said they would speak to the project manager to contact the original painters. No response.I have messages in my voicemail from ****** **** and ******. I have called and asked to speak with the owner but am never put through. I have lost track on the number of times I have called and left a message and no one returns my call. Our roof line is very high, but not too high obviously since the original painters were able to paint it. Heritage Painting has come up with every excuse as to why they can't go close the holes and paint them when it was their idea to return last summer to do so. There is raw wood exposed that they have never come back to fill and paint. Follow through is horrible and the customer service is even worse. Always have to take a message. Can't make it past the lady answering the phone to make it to the owner either.

      We, Owner ***** H & Operations Manager ***** H, connected with ****** and it has been determined the area of concern will require a lift to access safely. Multiple team members have visited to attempt the repair, however, each time it is determined a lift is required to access the area safely. The client agrees with this discovery and is reaching out to vendors for pricing of a lift. Once arranged, we will gladly complete the project.
