40th Parallel is a full service Civil Engineering Company. We provide surveys for residential lots, commercial lots, and ALTA/NSPS surveys where the client wants the Survey Exception removed from the Title Policy. We provide Civil site design, including water line, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, storm water management, drainage, and septic system design. We use gps and robotic survey instruments to collect data and perform construction staking.
