    Me and my girlfriend went out and found 3 homes turned them in, haven't heard a word from them, called emailed nothing!!! Not a good way to have a buisness. I would not recommend this company!!! Not very happy.

    You did come in for your free consultation to learn more about our program. In order to get started you have to join the VIP program and turn in an application. **** spoke with via email about you not having any funds to do the program. **** spoke to you via email on May 13 that you didnt have funds set aside for a down payment. She worked with you as much as she could without you completing any of the steps to get started. Despite you not having completed the apps or joining the VIP - **** even followed up with the potential 3 homes you sent us - You indicated you didnt have the funds to proceed - at this time our hands are tied. We cant proceed without the applications completed to know what you can qualify for etc. We are here when you are ready but we dont feel this 1 star reciew is warranted.

    Shelly helped myself and my family become homeowners. We came in to talk about rentals and was introduced to her program. A year and a half later we can proudly say we own our own home. We had a few bumps along the way that we were able to work out. I would highly recommend Shelly and her program.
