    "I made a appointment for my 2 daughters and I had to reschedule a few times for my one daughter bc of her being sick and they keep making the appointment close together, well they said they cant see my one daughter and I was fine with that and they seen my other daughter, well she was supposed to have a appointment yesterday and I cant remember what happened to were we could not go well I call today and they said she never had a appointment at all that they wont see her bc they arent seeing her sister, well I was never told that and they even gave me a card for the appointment, I feel like I should of been told instead of them keeping quiet, and apparently they have a policy of not seeing no one in the family for one person not making the appointments and I get that but I should have been told and then they was trying to tell me she never had a account when I know she does!" ...
